Chocolate Fudge Oatmeal Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 ounces butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
PREPARATION:
Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and chopped nuts. Add oatmeal and stir to blend thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Makes about 4 dozen no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies.

4 ounces butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter, optional
3 cups oats, quick or old-fashioned
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place chocolate chips, peanut butter (if used), oats, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Combine the margarine, milk, and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Combine the hot mixture with the oatmeal and chocolate chip mixture; stir well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper

NO Bake Cookies

2 c. sugar
4 Tbls. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. uncooked quick oats
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter, slowly bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and vanilla. Blend well, Add oats and nuts. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper.

Chocolate Drop Cookies
2 cups sugar
1/8 cup hershey's cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal

in a saucepan over medium heat bring sugar, cocoa, milk and butter to a boil. Boil for 1 minute (this is VERY important). remove from heat, then add peanut butter and oatmeal. drop by tablespoonful onto aluminum foil to harden.

1 stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
3-1/2 cups quick oats
pinch of salt

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in pan. Bring to boil, stirring frequently; then cook at full rolling boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Drop by tsp on waxed paper and cool until firm.
