not sure about specific recipes but I was told you should use an average size plate. Then fill 1/2 the plate with vegetables and 1/4 protein like meat and 1/4 carbohydrates like potatoes or rice. Also eat every 3 hrs meal snack meal snack to keep metabolism going to burn fat. Lastly drink plenty of fluids, ideally water but can be diluted juice etc as this also speeds up fat burning metabolism. Smoothies are good for breakfast. You can buy frozen berries and blend a tea cup full of them with 3tbsps oats and 1 teacup of soy milk and a banana.and a cup of fruit juice to thin it down and blend...very quick, filling and good way to get fruit in.

Yogurt with fruit. Pick any fruit you want. I usually pick blueberries and strawberries (but they're not as sweet cause of the season - maybe frozen will work just as good. I usually buy Horizon low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt. It has active cultures in it so it will clean out your stomach and flatten the belly. I also add in some flax seed oil. First mix in the flax oil with the yogurt, (as much as you want) until well blended, then add the fruit. Roasted Eggplant, Asparagus Pasta Slice the eggplant and add salt & pepper with some olive oil on the eggplant (do the same with the asparagus) and cook in the oven for 40-60 min. at 375-400 degrees. Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic on the stove, cook the pasta, and mince a lot of basil leaves (maybe 8-10 leaves - big and small leaves) Add all ingredients together and add more olive oil and s&p, if necessary. You want the pasta to be coated with the olive oil so the pasta doesn't harden, but you don't want it swimming in olive oil. You can also roast some eggplant and add it to some pita bread and hummus.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMCYI

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I just saw on Queer eye- They made french toast out of only the egg white and not the whole egg. Calories went from 90 a slice to 20.
Good deal!

oats!!! that's it..
i have lost about 30 pounds and i have eaten oatmeal (chocolate oatmeal by quaker) with non fat milk, and a glass of non fat milk for breakfast, when i get hungry i eat an apple or something, for lunch i try to cook without much grease and oil, and not on restaurants because they have so much fat in their food, and for dinner, if i am very hungry i eat oatmeal again, of popcorn (made in a popcorn machine, so no salt, and no oil), and milk... drink milk, non fat, that is, because calcium helps you lose weight.
and walk a lot. and exercise.

Keep away from anything white (bread, sugar, flour). Eat more fruits and vegetables. My friend followed a cleansing plan that helped her lose weight and get more energy.
