Take a generator, inverter, solar panels, wind genrator, and design anew battery concept, one which utilizes the structure of a large building for the plate area of a battery.
Combine the principles of a capacitor and a battery to make the plates.

This device will not work. As the presenter explained, he doesn't have anything to actually capture any possible energy output. Once he adds more friction to the process, he will lose energy as heat and the device will come to a stop much sooner (and I guarantee if he set it spinning, it would eventually stop no matter how well lubricated his spindle might be). No such "over-unity" device has even been demonstrated to work. The laws of thermodynamics were devised to explain exactly why these things never worked.

Any 100% efficient engine which you do not produce work from would do. However, once you start producing work ... conservation of energy requires that the energy of the engine ("inlet" side) decreases.

Others have mentioned wind generators and solar power. Please realize, however, that industrialized zones modify wind patterns by changing temperature zones. Wind is also affected by solar heating. Solar heating would be affected by how solar energy is used and waste heat exhausted. Simply put... natural energies (wind, solar, geothermal, tidal) could be collected and exhausted in such a way as to stop wind, equalize global temperatures, modify the moons orbit, etc. So, its not free ... precautions must still be taken.

Free energy. I don't know of any. The closest I can get you is an engine capable of running on waste energy, low grade heat.

Google sterling engines and look at some of the examples they have some units that will run off the heat from the palm of your hand or run off the waste heat from a cup of coffee.

You are asking for a perpetual motion machine. Heres what you do: Strap 2 cats together, back to back and affix them to an axle shaft. Suspend them 2 feet off the ground. Since a cat will try to right itself (land feet first) they will continue to spin. Connect the axle to a generator via a pulley and belt. Voila!
[If you cant find 2 cats, one cat and a piece of buttered bread will work also]

make an energy device and distribute it for free.

Do you mean it will produce energy by itself without paying for it ?

The closest thing will be solar panel that we get free energy once you have it. But it is not free when you build it.

Windmill is also another one, if your area is windy.

How about plugging in an extension cable to your neighbor's outdoor outlet and running all your electric utilities...It is free and it sure is energy....lol

Like a perpetual motion machine?

Pray for divine intervention.
