Is there a web site even that may help?

Talk with your doctor, they can help you find clinics in your area. You might want to call a counsler and see if they know of places. They might be a person who takes low income, no insurance people. Also check with your local United Way they may be able to point you in the right direction. Good luck I'm glad your reaching out to get the help you need. It can get frustrating but keep on trying. I know you will make it through this.

Depending on how much you make, the mental health center is probably the place to go. I went there for a long time and went through a lot of meds until they finally found one that is okay. I no longer go there for personal reasons. I finally got my disability (after 4 tries). And yes, it usually does take that long. The system really stinks. Anyway, I have medicare now. I moved and the mental health center here has group therapy only and I don't do groups. I don't know the sights to go to online but I do know there are some. Just keep looking.

Check at local hospitals. Community mental health clincs can often counsel at a based-on-income rate. Check local church groups. Also colleges with counseling programs often have students counsel patients under close supervision. Good luck to you and I hope you get some help.

I do not know where you live so i can only advise you to make an appointment with your gp and ask them to refer you to a counsellor or therapist. As for online type counselling into your search engine and pick a site. Good luck!

You took the first step by asking for help. Try contacting your local crisis intervention, church, clergy, etc. Heck, try talking to a friend or even a stranger. It might be easier for to do that. Good Luck!!!
