Why can't every major coffee chain compete against your coffee shop? What are your coffee shop's strengths?

just focus on the strengths of a particular coffee shop yo have in mind... and how that coffee shop can compete against other major competitors... thanks!

My one complaint about a certain international coffee chain: the music. I really enjoy studying while drinking coffee, but sometimes the music is so loud I have to leave.
If you have to play music, please make it instrumental only.
