I do payroll and their is a guy on it name Arwin, I think he's probably middle-aged. But Arwen for a girl is a cute name, even though it's from Lord of the Rings.

in the suite of zack and cody there is an "Arwen" they never say his age but he looks like he is in the 30s

Named currently? No. But it would have originally been pronounced "arvin." That's a bit more common, and I know several people about mid-twenties by that name. No females, though.
