If the recipe actually says "notch" of cheese, it's a small chunk. Otherwise, you could be reading the item, Nacho Cheese...like Notch O Cheese.

I think your recipe has a TYPO...I think they mean Nacho

I think you mean Nacho Cheese. It's not an actual measurement, but a type of cheese.
