It depends on the situation
If you just met someone you have no idea who they really are or if they have any diseases. So it's best to wait.

If you're young, It's better to wait. Why risk your health and the rest of your life on a few minutes of bliss only to find out that you have a disease that will last you the rest of your life.

um, well one reason being if you are too young to engage in sexual activities, where if there was life produced out of it you wouldnt be able to take care of the kid, two,the greater the number of partners your with, the greater your chances of catching, stds, and aids, three, sex should be with someone that you have feelings and deep emotions for, it shouldnt be thrown around carelessly.
