Is there an online tutorial to creating cappucino art? (Making designs in the foam)?

I have seen videos of the pros doing it, but not actually a tutorial or guides for creating the perfect foam, the right tool to use, etc...

I've been trying to learn that myself but I haven't found a website with tutorials, so I'm going to buy a book that comes with a video from: Espresso Vivace

Last month I bought a nice thing from Nescafe Cappuccino. It is a stainless steel chocolate sprinkler, 2 stainless steel chocolate stencils and a cafe style spoon.

But I still havent bought the coffee.

Think it was £20
