If he is wants to kick the habit he needs to take drastic measures like getting rid of his computer and access to pornographic material.
If you are a beliver you should be praying for him, and get others to pray for and with him. It is spiritual warfare. He can overcome if he truely wants to.
The following verses mean to TAKE DRASTIC MEASURES.TO KEEP ONSELF FROM SINNING..
Mark 9:45 And if your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off it is better for you to enter life lame, than having your two fet, to be cast into hell, and if your eye causes you to stumble, cast it out it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than having two eyes to be cast into hell.
I hope he will listen and be willing to kick the habit, it is a devistating and destructive thing that has crept into our society and is corrupting people young and old. Best wishes and God Bless.

There are two suggestions. The first is to receive counseling and remember this is to be treated as an addiction. And so, there should be a 12 step program in his life. Next, is to begin a prayer life and receive spiritual direction from family, good friends with good habits, his pastor, his congregation. If the man is not religiously affilliated, then he may stick with the counseling and 12 step program until led to religion.
And the final task is to you. Be a good friend to him and pray for him.
May the Lord bless and keep you. May He let the light of His face shine upon you.
God's and your beast of burden

Its a faze, and it will pass as fazes do. The only thing to really speed the process is for him to find himself in a serious romantic relationship. If his emotional and physical needs are met by an other person in a caring relationship, he's not going to need anything else. Besides, porn is a lot healthier than venting your sexuality on real people in uncaring purely sexual relationships.

Yes it's true... he has a problem. watching it and having an addition is 2 different thing. Try to find out what is his other hobbies. There must be something else he likes doing. Also adviced him to clear that **** stuff. But most importantly he must admit that he has a problem. He must know the problem. He must want to get out of the problem. Otherwise it's hard for you to do it alone.
