I think the biggest mistake in your question is expecting Christians, especially American Christians to think logically about anything

If Jesus had injected someone with a coctail of lethal drugs, the injectee probably wouldn't die but be miraculously cured of whatever maladie (s)he was suffering.
I'm not going to condemn religious killers today, I've left my soapbox at home. But regarding the criticism of prisons, above, I haven't any first hand experience but I've heard that prisons aren't all that cushy. Perhaps the white collar, open prisons, if they still exist, but the others are hell holes. Consider being locked up with the most violent and anti-social members of society. If you don't want to be gang raped, injured or killed you need a lot of candy and cigarettes to pay for protection, in some cases candy and cigarettes aren't enough, you may need to become very open minded about your "lifestyle."

we ought to continuously be holding it for use in this united states and re-instating the inability of life penalty!! no longer something in any way incorrect with exporting it to the States, because the record says, it gained't contaminated coming from uk. through us no longer exporting it they'll turn to different international places the position the manufacture isn't as stringent as right here and in addition they might want to easily discover some form of different. no remember how someone dies there is continuously yet another to make a earnings on it...actuality, so why no longer the united kingdom. Distasteful because it would want to be to some persons yet have you ever considered a unfavourable undertaker and so on. Its noted as company end of tale.

My view on the death penalty has little to do with religion.
A man, who will rape, torture, and kill children, who can not stop, and will kill again, should not be able to live to see the day where he is free, should not be able to live a cushy, easy life in prison. Jail terms are no longer anything to be feared. They have TV, three meal a day, a comfy bed, time to work out, goof off, you name it. Its not so bad.
Ill be against the death penalty, when we start treating murderes like CRIMINALS, instead of treating them to their own personal goverment funded hotel room.

The death penalty is wrong and it has nothing to do with religion.
If jesus (and I do spell it with a lowercase 'j') he would be institutionalised between 1969 and 1979 there were reported over 1,000,000 jesuses in mental institutions.

Firstly! Excellent question! It must have something to do with over crowding in prisons. In the UK if prisons run out of room - they just let a few out early...lol
