because it can stretch, and the amount of blood inside it is what DICKtates how large it is. If its more turned on it might get much bigger. I think that the more you use it , the larger it gets.

Some reasons are weight, if he is heavier or lighter the impression that is bigger or smaller can happen. Or if he is overweught there can be less blood flow going to it and thus be smaller. If he is in good shape or more stimulated than there will be more blood flow and it will be bigger. Size is determined by blood and amount to get the size (up to a point). If he's out of shape or not as excited it will be smaller, and vise versa. And like I said, if he's vuisually heavier it will "appear" to look smaller.

It is a known fact that camera's of any time, including television make objects seem bigger than they actually are.
It doesn't surprise me that penis cam's are everywhere.
Same goes for Boob cams too.

Depends on if its hard or not. If your looking at it when its hard then it can be that he is not his "hardest" one day then the next he is. depends on how turned on he is. and if your looking at it when its limp then sometimes its more limp like when in cold water or really hot water or after sex. it just depends on him but it should change so much that you notice this huge difference. ask him if your worried about it. he will tell you whats up (or down) lol
