Sure. Paganizing the early Christian church. The selling of indulgences. The suppression of the scientific revolution. The Inquisition. And just that wonderful overall feeling of Catholic guilt.
I suppose these are all good things, never bad.
I'd assume that being a Catholic would show you compassion, even towards the godless. Read the Sermon on the Mount. Incorporate killing dissenters into that if you can.
Anyways. Stuff to think about before you make blatant statements...

To utter that the Vatican had done no wrong would be unwise as The world does not know what happens beyond the walls of the City. They may have done misdeeds that they were not proud of, Done in the name of the Lord. A murder that should never be uttered of. Just a guess. Besides to say that a human being does not sin is to give them too much of a credit. I do not deny that they act in the best interest of the Religion. But there are some deeds that the Vatican leader had done in the past year that is disapproving in the eyes of the world.
This is just my views . Hope you are at peace and not to act irrationaly as to harm those that you do not share a common interest with. May God show you the path of Peace.

The Vatican and Christianity, alone has not done anything wrong, it is the people who profess to be for God and eternity through Christ that have done and do wrong to people of certain faiths and religions.
It is some of these God loving people, not all.
Ministers in churches need to look at a whole situation and churches need to help full heartedly and not pick and choose who receives help and who doesn't.
Who says one farmers fields needs more water than the other,
when sure one field may be arid a bit but it still produces a bountiful yield because the farmer used fertilizer, and the other has ample water and a nice yield but because the farmer didn't use fertilizer, his field was only a good yield and not bountiful.
So are people to an extent, like these fields..
One family may be trying hard to have a decent life and struggle with everything. And when this family asks for help by our churches they are turned down because it is a family that works to struggle. Another uses the government systems to the max and even abuses them, but because the woman has so many children under school-age, in step ages (2months, 1, 2,4 yrs old) and because the 'father' is useless, and uses the woman and children to abuse the system, the family gets help that only skims the surface of this dysfunctional family and they are and have more than the working struggling family.
Is this fair?

Lets not forget about the crusades. Christians went around killing everyone that would not convert. After killing them they would steal their stuff that was worth money. Look into the Knights Templar. They were the ones that were told to go and cleanse the world of all non Christians.
And in recent years is was the Vatican that tried to cover up the dead sea scrolls that were supposed to contain the writings of Jesus himself. These writings were supposedly so different than the teachings of the catholic church that it threatened to overturn the very structure of the religion.
Christianity has a bloody history as does some other book religions. The religion has become so corrupt that instead of trying to spread the good words of Jesus, it tries to maintain its power over the masses by only allowing certain things to be known.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Go back and study the development of western civilization. Just about every Pope from the middle ages, were the most corrupt people on earth. Currently, the Vatican covered up priests molesting children. HELLO ???

WOW -
You need professional help - go talk to your local clergyman & tell him that - he may have you exorcised.
The current pope is a former Hitler youth - enough said...
The roman Catholic church hired a group of knights to destroy all blasphemers - the knights templar
The church burned inocent women at the stake for being dulas (childbirth helpers) and giving herbs for medicines.
The entire church has a history of child molestation
the church has always & will always oppress women & keep them from bieng ordained because the vatican states that "they are unfit to speak to God"
There are multiple reasons to state here - but then again - i could probably write all day...
Let's talk about catholics
Do you have a knotted rope to beat yourself with & do you flagelate on a daily basis?
If not - then you are really aluthern - or you need to confess that you have not been upholding your end of the bargan with god.

The Vatican does not represent true Christianity. Only Catholics believe that (and even some of them don't). Anyone who claims to be infallible needs to be slapped. Even the true religion has nothing but imperfect people trying to serve God as best they can.

I dont know where you get your facts from but the Vatican had thousands of scientists killed because they were trying to 'disprove the existance of god'. I personally think scientists try to PROVE the existance of god but it always seems he is not there. Lets not forget that your religious leaders tried to kill these people simply for saying the world is not flat.
