I heard an astrologer on the news address this question: A good astrology chart takes Pluto into effect as well as all the newly discovered "planetoids" in the general vicinity -- the point is the mass affecting people on earth, not what the mass is called -- planet, moon or asteroid.
And after a chart is drawn including all that information, it is still worthless, because it is astrology, and based on nothing.

The best preparation for any up and coming changes is to make sure the mind, body and spirit is together. Pluto will not be in Aquarius until the last week of March 2023. The world will be very different then and tomorrow or the next minute is not promised to anyone. To influence your natural thought process projecting into the future that way is setting you up for anxiety and you are not able to enjoy and experience what is right in front of you. Time will tell and what you are made of ,is still in the making. Just purge negativity out of your life when possible ,stay on a path related to your NN,Success and purpose is always there no matter what the Universe has in store.

well since our measurement of time isnt perfect resulting in the need for daylight savings time and the like, astrology is way off anyway. What might be early November this year (in accurate time measurement) could have actually been late September 500 years ago. So, what's your sign?
