this is what i do and i have increased my streangth and body shape very well i have gone up in so much wieght every month what you do is eat alot of protiens watch the fat content and carbohidrates beef jerkey (NOT SLIM JIMS) are a great snak you can have as many as u want eat like a kosher hot dog without the bun and make sure to eat alot of protien befor you go to work out eat 1 hour befor you lift

a protein based diet will provide you with all the amino acids and carbs to help your muscle increase in size (along with exercising - weights).
of course meat will be the first option, but try to eat lean meat. your body doesn't need the extra fat.
beef, chicken, pork, tofu, nuts, fish, beans to name a few. for a small quick fix try blending a banana, wheat germ, milk, peanut butter and a little honey for a protein shake.

My dad is very muscular and when ever goes comes home from the gym he eats a plate of steamed rice and plain tuna, sometimes he mixes in a little shredded cheddar cheese. He said it is great fuel for his muscles and has been doing it for over 25 years.

Super size me. Big Macs, quarter pounders, and greasy fries. I've been doing just fine on this diet and I'm about as round as I am tall.
