In terms of numbers, Christianity is the world's most popular religion, with approximately 2.1 billion followers. This includes just over a billion Catholics, about 350 million Protestants, and the Orthodox and Anglican faiths. The religion statistics resource Adherents.com hosts a fascinating pie graph that breaks down the world's major religions by population.
Islam is the world's second-largest religion, with roughly 1.3 billion followers -- including 940 million Sunnis and 170 million Shiites, as well as those belonging to other Muslim faiths like Sufism. Depending on your resources, the third-largest group is either Hindus or atheists. Both hover just under the billion mark. Traditional Chinese religion (which is related to, but distinct from, Buddhism) takes fourth place with 400 million, and Buddhism trails close behind.

Why is it second largest (it is only 23% of whole population despite highest growth rate in Muslim population) and why not the largest with dominating majority. 23% is very low number. And just tell me that what qualities or characteristics Muslims possess, as an UMMAH, which may influence non-Muslims to convert to Islam. Wishing something unrealistic is like living in fools paradise.

When will people realize that God, or Allah is too big to fit into one religion? Personally I believe "religion" is more the evil that man was made to prosper on God! I am spiritual, and a believer in Jesus, as he truely SHOWED the way to spiritual bliss, and the actions and thoughts, character and morals that our God (or Allah) would want us all to have and to be happy. But even being a Chrisitian, I see how man has made this religion into something Jesus would be ashamed of! And with Islam, you could say the same thing...etc with all "religions"! God is love, the Devil is hate.....and I think it is that simple. The real question is, who will you serve?

And as a Christian, I am happy that Christianity is the largest religion in the world. As a Catholic, I am happy that Catholicism is the largest denomination in Christianity, the largest religion in the world.
And I pray that Our Heavenly Father Brings more people to Christianity.:-)

Lets just hope that one day Muslims will be able to spread Islam with it's true meaning, and really know how to get to people hearts with proper introduction , and to succeed in changing the ideas in people's minds that Islam is a terrorist religion

I'm not sure if there was a question there, but I'm perplexed by what you say "one day . . .more muslims will jion (sic) islam." Are not all Muslims already a part of Islam?
BTW, I'm glad that you were so joyful that you needed to express it.

Every muslim fascist state really isn't worth a damn. Thnik of any muslim state that really has anything going for it. They are repressive totalitarian hell holes where dissent or free thought is repressed by the gun muzzle or executioner's axe.

Are we then considered 'Infidels!' if we're not Muslims? What does it matter anyway huh? We're the same no matter how you look it.
