I love you is : Ya tibia liublue (rough pronunciation) and Hello is: Priviet (casual) or Zdrastuitya (formal)
I don't know what 'Sexy' is.

I can't type with the cyrillic alphabet (sorry) but you'd pronounce them aproximately like this;

Hello= Priviet
I love you = Ya loobleeoo vass
Sexy= don't know.
