Is there such a thing as a DOS boot cd-disk that I can burn on cd...one that is like a Windows 98 Boot disk?

There is a such thing. I know that someone is selling on on Ebay for about 5-9 bucks.

Goto bootdisk.com. You should be able to find what you want there.
