rowing will be best for burning calories, and give a better overall workout for legs and shoulders.
Concentrate on getting a rhythm of legs then arms doing the work, and keep your stroke rate at 25 to 30 per minute.
Look at your diet, and cut out/reduce processed food, crisps, chocolate bars, and try and replace with fruit, flapjack etc. reduce your red meat intake and eat skinless chicken or fish more.

Any of these are good exercise, and ideally could all be done on a rotating basis as they target different areas. All are excellent cardiovascular workouts, which is as important as the muscle toning. Don't know that one is better than the other - just whatever fits your lifestyle & whichever you can accommodate more easily. I have found I have walked more consistently since I have a treadmill at home - not affected by weather, don't have to go anywhere else to walk, etc. If you have problems with joints (hips, knees, ankles), low impact things like the gliders might be better, or cycling, rowing.

For losing weight it is definitely the 30minutes rowing on a concept 2 rowing maching. That will burn about 450 calories and works all of your muscles. Running for 30 minutes would burn about 500 calories if you cover approx 5km. Walking will only burn 200. Cycling will depend on how much is uphill / downhill etc.

Hi
Any physical activity along with a simple plan like this one can really help you lose weight so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Sounds like Rowing would be the right answer. In any case, here is a neat website to tell you exactly, according to your body weight:

Try all three on different days so you dont get bored, but exercise alone will not take the weight off, just eat less.

Just rotate days and do all three. That would work the best and plus you get to switch up so you wont get sick of doing the same thing over and over.

Depends on your personal ability, beyond which it might be a dangerous.
A doctor I knew was found dead on his cycling machine, because of heart failure.
