Possibly. If you have a broken key but you have all the pieces, you can take it any place they make keys and have a new one ground, and chances are it'll work. If you only have part of the key, however, you'll have to contact the dealer and give them the VIN number on your car to get a replacement key.

If you have all the broken, yes. If you only have a portion of the key, no.
Keys have teeth and grooves. And as you can see the grooves are symmetric, but the teeth are not. So, you can assume that someone can mimic the grooves, but they cannot figure out what the other teeth are going to look like.

I don't think so. The machine traces the old key and there is no way to hold the parts together if you had them all.

You can have the cylinder(s) replaced and get new keys.

A locksmith can do it but it will cost more $$$ than if you just had a spare cut.

No they cannot..... you have to replace the tumblers or get a new lock with keys...
