Start with a core of vanilla cookie, and surround it by a layer of butterscotch. Lace that with chocolate fudge and surround with nougat. Encase with milk/white chocolate blend.
I expect Hershey to send me a letter of thanks and a big, fat check when they start production.

Actually I would bring back the peanut butter snicker. It was out a while ago when I was about 8 or 9 when candy bars were only 55 cent *sigh*. From what I remember it tasted great and replaced my regular Snickers for a while until they took it off the shelves.

It would be called a Presley Bar and it would be KING sized and it would have a lot of nuts and chocolate and it will be in a roll like a swiss bar and the motto would be

id invent a candy bar that tastes like snickers but its frozen so its hard like butterfinger..but doesnt stick to your teeth.

Peanut butter would be the main ingredient. It would have an apple-choclate center. I would make it cubed because it is a good shape, and is not generic.
Sounds good to me.
