I already know to make my pictures move and everything. but i don't know how to put pictures in my pictures, or create a background for my pic or even make a border. I kow there's some kind of software made especially for this anyone know what it is?

The Gimp is 100% Free... Photoshop is not, you get 30 days to try it before you buy it, and its way pricey.... but why buy? there are a ton of online generators to use to do this! Just upload an image to it and use their tools. One such site is the MyTheme Animator load (URL below).
