Why sometime ago, use to listen same radio station daily, never change it, and a noise like a cat-inside-meowing appears when were driving, and it increase and decrease according to speed?

well what you are hearing is your alternator. so try 2 things, move your ground to a better spot and depending on your radio try moving your power and memory wires.

also you might have an alternator going silly

Sometimes on older cars this can be a result of a coil/resistor going bad, and on other cars it can also be traced to the plug wires.

its either bad ground or alternator feedback, get a noise filter

Your getting a ground noise somewhere.....do you have an equalizer or aftermarket products......if so choose another ground location.....

you wiring from stereo to the speakers is probably tangled with other wiring, have a look
