Even though she is in heat and dripping blood, it could be caused by a bladder infection, kidney infection, or while she was licking or itching she could have cut her vulva. Good luck.

If your dog is in heat and the urine go through the blood, yes this is common for it to be pink. Just like when female humans urinate and they are on their period our urine tends to have the same coloration.

maybe she is in heat and dripping blood while peeing, however it sounds like you might want to take her to the vet, it could be a bladder infection.

she could be on heat and a little blood got mixed in.... but online a little..... but if yyou are not sure contact your vet

it dont sound right, maybe she has a kidney infection or something, Call the vet and ask for their advice..good luck

No, get her to the vets ASAP. Could be due to there being blood in it.
