I recently lost a year of outlook data. I don't want to pay $$$ for some huge backup suite. I simply want my outlook backed up every night to a file like a .pst. Any ideas?

Get free synchronizing program and sync your files to the usb external drive. You can search the INternet for one. I found one the other day, but I can't remember where. You can sync your files while you are working in Outlook. Other back up programs make you exit Outlook before you can back them up. You can use the sync anytime, so do it when your computer is on and you can still keep working.
