If you have an ex that wants you back and someone new both asking for your heart, how do you decide?

You need to be honest with yourself and what you want, and dont mess them around. You must know which one you want more

well you shouldnt keep anyone dangling, i had it happen to me and it hurts.
You need to think of it like this, you had your ex you know what he is like and all the things you enjoy and dislike, and if you had good times then thats a bonus
the new guy, you dont know so its always fun getting to know somebody, but since you dont know him it may turn out that you wont get to like him that much.
isnt it sometimes better to go with what you know than to try somethin and not like it.
Life is all about experiences i agree and so why shouldnt you try new things but in this case would you end up with a broken heart or cause somebody else one.
me personally if i had good times with my ex and didnt split on bad terms i would go back to it, otherwise i would move on. It all depends on your situation

I don't think it's fair to keep someone dangling...it will come back to you...for every action there is an equal reaction...please let them go.
about the second question, can you do compare the two without your emotions interfering? i know that will be difficult but sometimes our emotions cloud our judgment. if you're still not sure, time will tell.

Well I would leave the ex and X. I hardly go back when I'm done I'm done. Give that someone new a chance. Never know what may come about it. Good luck and best wishes.

No one can tell you what you feel. Who you end up with is really a question of who you can't be without. If you're away from one and you can't think of anything but him, I'd say that's the one. Follow your own heart.

first you look at how you feel for your ex . Was the relationship ended on good or bad terms .
