Maybe you should volunteer somewhere.

Give it to a local charity, if you have left the church. Even if you haven't left the church, a small donation now and then to local charites couldn't hurt anybody.
If you are currently looking for a new church, hold off your tithe until you are attending one. You could make a 'tithe trust' for that I guess.

Well, according to Deuteronomy 14:22, the tithe isn't supposed to go to the "church", but rather is to be used to buy goods to party with in the presence of God. So, buy a cake, say a prayer, and dig in. You are, after all, as a believer the temple of God. Though why you want to participate in the law, is beyond me, since doing so condemns you to fulfilling all of it and putting your hope in being good enough by works...

With the age of the internet, this should be easier than ever.
Find a missionary field that you feel called to support. There are way more than I could list and I cannot begin to know which ones may or may not touch your heart.
You might even look into the missions that your former church was supporting and pick one to give to directly.
There are many home missions (United States based) as well as foreign missions.
A small list from my memory.
Feed the Children (foreign based)
Salvation Army (home based) and an actual church also.
Moody bible college has a website that can guide you to different missions and mission fields also. From supporting bible radio programs to so much more.
Operation Christmas shoe box (foreign based)
Wings for Peace (foreign based) trinidad, Bolivia.

Why would you keep giving tithe if you are not going to church? If you believe it is right then why would you not also believe Hebrews 10:25Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
You cannot be saved by your works alone, faith without works is dead and vice versa. You have to have both - You have to follow Jesus.

A tithe is traditionally brought in to the local church. If you do not attend a local church, try to find a missionary or other organization and support that..

I am Still Investigating the "tithe" right now.
GOD said to Give Cheerfully.
HE also said that we could Personally Help the Real Poor People (like Women with Kid's and no Husband, Widow's, Orphan's etc.). If we do that GOD said that HE would Remember us when WE have Trouble.
It's the Word.
Hope this helps.

Sometimes, God will put it in your heart to give to someone in need. This is a way of paying tithes.

Have you tried praying about it?
Do you have a Christian radio station you can listen to? There are several Christian organizations that could use your support.
One of the many that I've really become interested in is Gospel for Asia. Moody Bible Inst. also has several very good programs and would appreciate your support.
May God bless you and the choices you make.

Where God tells you too. That could be as simple as someone in front of you at the supermarket with 3 kids who simply doesn't have enough money to get all the things in their cart. God will tell you where he wants to use your tithe. You will know it in your heart.
I want to add that you should rent and watch if you haven't already...Pay it Forward.

Tithing ceased when the Romans burned down the Temple!
Not even the Jewish people tithe at their Synagogues.
Read the URL below-- it will knock your sox off (if you wear sox!)
