I'm looking to word a 30 day notice to vacate my apartment. Can anybody direct me to a site to look at professioal notice's or give me some idea's. I'm dealing with a bigger Canadian rental agency and they believe in doing everything by the book. Thanks again people.

There ARE certain things you MUST have in the letter in order for it to be legal. Do not jot down a letter as you were posting your Aunt Mary. This is a legal document, which may or may not end up in court. Please take the Landlord/Tenant Law seriously.

Sure thing, Just go to:
http://www.lawdepot.com/contracts/noticelease/ques.php?extNoticeType=L2&loc=C

This is a comprehensive legal notice site that may be helpful for many situations. It would be good to save this site as one of your favorites, just to have it available as needed.

Feel free to contact me for more information.

Glad to help!

Just make sure it's clear. There's no specific wording you have to use.
