Kenneth Boulding refers to this as "disintegrative power"-"the integration that is achieved through hatred, fear, and the threat of a common enemy." (Boulding, 1989, p. 62.) This is seen in military patriotism, in nationalism, and in any situation of "negative identity" in which one group defines itself in terms of what it is not. This tends to lead into a "pathological situation of internal violence, often perpetuated through the family itself." nope the devil cant make( force) you to do anything. its a choice you make on your on. unless you allow the devil to influence you. there must be a deeper reason for the resentment mostly likely physical or something you see on the outside like skin color or race or class .since you never met them or talk to them.

How can you resent someone you don't even know? This doesn't even make sense...you can't judge a book by it's cover, nor can you go based on hearsay...NOBODY can MAKE you do anything, we're all given the power of CHOICE.

Not necessarily needs to fit everybody.
Maybe you have a gift, as I, sometimes there is no need to met that person, but something tells you everything.
Know I serve Jesus Crist and understand Thy gave me this Gift, to help people on their needs, why? because you can see, what is the problem.

I do not think soo it is who you are, do you think you are the devil. any way we are all have our own personality and you got yours and that is who you are and just try to lighten up and get along with people.
