A private flight service was offering flights from Forbes Field Air Force Base in Topeka,Ks.to Las Vegas a few mo's ago and were advertising locally to bring in business so they could continue to offer this.Its great for us locals because we don't have to commute to KCMO 2hrs away.I believe the co.is Allegiant or Allegiance Air? The name your looking for is 'Allegiant' Air.
I checked the website and they do offer services from Topeka Kansas, direct to Las Vegas. It departs from Forbes Field Airport (FOE) in Topeka.
Great prices too! I was looking out of interest and there's some flights for $69!

Maybe you mean Allegiant? They are a smaller airline, I know they do a lot of Las Vegas flights.
