Juarez is in Mexico,there is no El Paso ,Mexico.You can see and smell the Juarez city dump and its collection of cardboard shelters that face El Paso .across the Rio Grande
Go to Nogalos,AZ the drug dealers already have a tunnel and tons of illegals and drugs pass thru it daily.But wait the Border Patrol closed that one but like rats they will make another one. You are fighting out of your league
