is there a way to fix pictures from 35mm that i scanned into my computer that are blurred?

If the original pic is blurred, then there is nothing you can do. You can try an adaptive sharp across the board, but inthelong run, it will end up looking pretty bad.

sometimes "sharpen" will help some pther wise nope
