You don't mention if he's nice, or funny, or considerate, or smart. Just that he's ugly and short. Moving passed the really superficial nature of your question and apparently your rudeness of just walking away, I would say don't go out with him. He'll get attached, you'll maybe break his heart and who wins.

Wow, It's pretty shallow to not date someone just based on looks and height. And this mentality is the exact reason why girls get the bad guys and overlook the good guys. Because you don't give them a chance.

You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but if you really dont like him...maybe being honest and telling him you only see him as a friend, would stop him from chasing you so much.
