Internet Explore 7 Beta 3?

I have the IE 7 Beta 3 why is the Favorites missing? Plus no tool bar. All I have is the back button,forward,refresh,stop & search.
Advice?

in the blank space beside the new tab button...just right click and select the "menu bar" option....ur files, view, edit and favourites option will appear.

reinstall it
