Generally, younger guys tend to be more immature. They also focus on the sex, which is often a turn-off for women. Older men focus on more on personality and tend to be more mature, thoughtful, and caring. But why, you might ask, are those men not going after women their own age? Because the older men do not just intrinsically have those qualities. They are turning on the charm because they are playing way out of their league. Compared with the often immature younger guys ("hey baby, guess how many keg stands I did last night?"), the older guys seem far more desirable.
Note that the old guys are only being so "appealing" because they know they have an uphill battle already. Many of those old guys are married -- you might ask why they don't use their "charms" on their own wives!

Well I'm with an older man because he is more experienced in real life situations. Most younger will continue to be in the younger mind for a while until about 21 years old at most. Most older guys age 22 and up have been there and done it and realize that play time is over. Besides women want real committed relationship not a bunch of bull ****.

For the most part it is the maturity level. We want to be able to relate on the same things. Older men are also established, worldly, experienced, and aren't out to play games. They know what they want and life is less of a struggle. Women find these things very attractive & interesting. They also have traditional qualities like pulling out a woman's chair, opening the car door, etc. We appreciate those things that are often overlooked by "young guys". They invest more time in the relationship, take the time to listen, really care. It's not all about the next party or who can make their car go faster. They're all about what's really important.

Everyone know it I guess cos they are more mature. But ladies beware it can get really boring with an older guy.
The older guys cant pull young girls everyday, so when they do they will treat you near perfect as they appreciate you, as for the younger guys they dont have to because they will get someone else on the next night out or before

An older man knows how to treat a girl right. They have experience and knowledge that they can share. Younger guys usually act so immature, and most of the time you can't carry on an intellectual conversation with them. A older man knows how to give the attention most young women crave. I know this because I have always dated older, and I love it.

What we are relying on here is that an older man is more mature and experienced....maybe more ready to settle down, maybe he can provide a more stable environment and make us feel protected or maybe he knows that we need our space and wont be a big baby about it.
