First of all, Fqk, that was extremely rude!!

Ok, so my sister got scabies when she was pregnant as well, and my parents contracted it. My sister went to the doctor and got a shot and a big tub of this smelly white cream (sorry i cant remember the name) My parents did not need the shot, but were given just the cream to rub on twice a day. The scabies wont really start to go away dramatically until after the baby is born. (At least this was the case with my sis) But here is the important thing!!!!! Even if it looks like the scabies is gone when the baby is born HAVE THE DOCTOR GIVE THE BABY THE SHOT!!!! Our doctor did not give my neice the shot and she went untreated. At first she had no systems for about 2 months, then she broke out very bad!!! We had to go to a skin specialist and at the time they had no idea what was wrong, so the first diagnosis was skin cancer!!! After getting a 2nd opinion it was discovered she had a severe case of scabies because she had goe untreated at the hostpital. So please get the baby vaccinated as soon as he/she is born. And good luck and enjoy your newest grandchild!!

Yeah!! The only treatment is a cream prescribed by a doctor and its not like constant its just once all over your body after washing your bedding and towels in hot water. Whoever else was exposed to scabies needs to do the same or you'll just still have the little mite around. Its one treatment then after so many weeks to be safe you for surely sure got rid of it you do another the exact same way to be on the safe side! Try not to scratch cause the more you scratch the more you spread. Oh and the dermo told me they leave droppings which is also considered as having it still!! So wash EVERYTHING!!!

First of all, your daughter needs to talk to her ob/gyn.

Next, I would burn all of the mattresses. Bleach all sheets and towels, possibly even laundry. Professionally clean carpets.

Then, tell your daughter to quit sleeping around and to wash up now and then!
