Last night, my brother ate a poisionus mushroom he found growing in someone's yard, and he almost died, he had to go to the ER and the doctors said that if he were to have eaten another one, he would have kicked the bucket, is he stupid

If he's young and didn't understand what he was doing then, no, he's not stupid. How could he know how dangerous eating a mushroom would be? If he knew what he was doing it was an absolutely ridiculous and stupid thing to do.

yes, he is definitely stupid for knowing that it was poisonous in the first place and then he ate it. YES HE IS STUPID, is he 3months that he puts everything in his mouth, oh hold on, at least a 3 month old will taste it then spit it out not swallow it

Maybe he just did that to prove to others that those mushrooms are extremely poisonous. I don't know. How old is your brother?
