Whenever I attempt to open a new window from an existing window I get this "The specified procedure could not be found." This means that I can't upgrade to IE 7.0. I've tried & tried!! Current IE on my pc is 6.0.2 sp2. Even Sean I.T couldn't help. :( I'd be ever so grateful for any help anyone can offer. Thanks and God bless!

Yes, I've tried to restore to an earlier point. Thought if I removed IE from my computer, then reinstalled it might work. But can't find it in my list of programs.

Can you try to use a restore point and go back to a point where this behavior did not occur?
Sounds like IE may have been corrupted by Spyware or by a corrupt third party application.
