It says 3.3 for speed; 8 minutes for time and 80 calories burned. I need to know what distance equals a mile? Please help

1.0 is one mile.

.38 is about 1/3 of a mile.

.50 is 1/2 of a mile.

.75 is 3/4 of a mile.

Its in decimal format .5 equals half a mile 1 equals a mile .25 is a quarter .75 is three quarters

It is .38 percent of a mile. Its pretty good if you can burn so much calories in so little time, but I wouldn't put my trust on those treadmill heartrate monitor too much.

dummy... less than half.....1.0 = 1 mile. 0.5 = half mile. you still have a lot of runnin' to do!!

not very far and not very fast. So that workout was a waste.
