Hunny, Your baby's organs and body grow and develop certain physical traits doring the first 2 years. Is very important that you teach your baby to taste, meat, and vegetables FIRST ( baby food ) fruit should be giving alone and not after a meal. If you do this your baby will learn to like vegetables and meat and the future( baby food ), Will learn to get the bitter taste than sweet taste. And Yes! you can give Papaya Fruit, but always stay with your baby when feeding to avoid any kind of incidents.
Good Luck!!!

First, don't worry.
There's no medical or scientific data that suggests papaya induces abortion.
Second, probably papaya, though it's really soft, might be difficult for a seven-month-old to digest. I'd recommend waiting until around nine months and even then, it should be in small soft pieces.
