Why yes we are taking it back, thank you for noticing... And we are doing it without bombs, raining missiles on innocent civilians, suicide attacks or killing ANYONE. Hell we don't even want the territory back! (What the HELL would Mexico do with 50 million extra gringos!)
We just come over to do the work no native born American wants to touch, and to bring you a little good food, music, culture and teach you a little about family values. You gringos should get down on yer knees every single day and thank the Good Lord that WE are yer neighbors and NOT the Israelis, Palestinians, Chechnians, Serbians, Arabs, Iraqis, Iranians, Irish, Kosovars, Syrians, Afghanis, Kashmiris, etc..............
Oh and what was the question, "why don't we just take over Mexico?" Well here's one answer to ponder, while yer smokin' the ol' bong. Perhaps because Mexico possesses the second most powerful, well-equipped, well-trained and modern armed forces in the Americas! Invade Mexico!!!!???? You lot can't even handle Vietnam, Lebanon, Somalia, Afghanistan or Iraq! Mexico is larger and more powerful than ALL OF THEM PUT TOGETHER!
If that's yer plan, I'd start eating yer Wheaties right away (with steroids) ........

actually making mexico the 51st state makes sense. Mexico has tons of oil and the property could be developed into numerous resorts. This would eliminate an immigration problem. The downside is absorbing Mexicos debt. The upside is the jobs created from resorts and the revenue created from the new TAXPAYERS.

I think we should join together but then again our country cant even handle our own country what makes you think we could handle another country. If we take them that's more jobs were going to need. Most of the people don't even have a job in the US.I thank god I have a job evey day.

We already tried that - it apparently didn't work.
All we would be doing is pushing a border that they already don't think exists further south - where's the benefit in that?
Mexicans simply need a better reason to stay in their own country - better economic conditions, less corruption in their government, better health care - all of these things are just a wade-accross-the-river away.
Wouldn't you risk it to take your family out of the misery and poverty and make a better life for them?

For years I've suggested that we should buy Northern Mexico. There is precedent in Louisiana and Alaska.
It would give us room to expand... more retirement communities I suppose. It would provide much needed cash to Mexico which they could focus on developing the core of their country.

No No. You are mistaken. We buy CANADA. Then We move the mexicans up to the Northern parts of CANADA where they'll freeze. Then we sell them the Northern part of CANADA after they have no where else to go.
I actually like mexicans...their interesting to be around unless you can't understand them.

That's exactly what we did in 1845. Now they're taking it back.
