What's stressing you out?
Man, one of my roommates bought a car from me and didn't register it. The cops towed it; it was still in my name and time for me to renew my driver's license. I just knew for sure there was gonna be a flag on that process. Man, I went in license renewed. All worried and heavily concerned about what might have happened and it didn't. This too shall pass. Are you still worrying or concerned about things from 1, 2, 3 years ago. Those things have passed and new stuff crops up.

Although it may seem I'm saying ignore the problem, what I want you to understand the things I've dealt with in the past are minor and don't sweat the small stuff. To quote it's all small stuff.

Coping for stress and anxiety. I don't know if you're a Christian or not. But cast your cares upon the Lord. Yep, I should have done that with the car situation but I've backslidden. Even though I didn't "cast it to the Lord" things did work out.

Try aromatherapy. Lavender, Clary sage. These are calming scents that put one in a Zen moment. (There I go with that new age stuff)

There are many coping resources for anxiety and stress. Such as medication such as anti anxiety drugs or anti depressants. Accupunture meditation and stress management courses. Psychotherapy or counselling to discuss or talk through reasons you are stressed or anxious. I suggest a visit to your gp firstly to tell them exact symptoms then they will decide if you are depressed or just stressed and then provide the correct appropriate meds and or counselling for you. Good luck.

Do a search on Autogenics, a relaxation technique. Deep abdominal breathing. If it is really severe see a psychiatrist for talk therapy, and maybe medication.

If I'm in crisis, I practice breathing exercises & count slowly. If not in that stage, and for maintenance; exercise, good nutrition, proper rest, some form of meditation and positive enforcement.
