Apart from upset stomach, including maybe some pain, you will find your stomach pretty hot when you touch it. The docs after all do the same thing before they diagnose that a person has stomach flu! Drink plenty of water so that toxins accumulated in the body can be flushed out!

There is one SURE WAY of knowing--
Look down on to your tummy preferably in front of the mirror,.. if you see it rippped open,.. Then you Can be sure that your Stomach Flew!!!

ure stomache will hurt really badly and youll feel like your about to throw up and then when u throw up, i guess u kno u have it!
