Big dogs or little dogs. I have one of both (a 200lb male English Mastiff and a 14 lb Pug), but I'm curious where people are with whole big or little thought!!

I've always been a big dog person. On the whole they're more stable, definitely quieter dogs. I like dogs you can relax around, dogs that are always bouncing around, or yapping drive me nuts! And I like the size of a big dog, you can play with them and cuddle with them. If I wanted something curled up on my lap, I'd get a cat, so it's definitely big dogs!

I love them both. I have two 90 lb. German Shepherds and a 10 lb. miniature dachshund. Big drawbacks....the little one gets stepped on sometimes. The little one also gets the big ones barking like maniacs. Wouldn't trade 'em for the world though!

Big dogs. More sedate and easier to care for than small dogs.
My big boys would be pretty happy to just lay around and hold down the couch all day.

I have a small 8 pound dog and love it. She eats very litle, needs less excersize, and travels well. It's very easy to transport her across the countyr and across town to Pet Smart. The upkeep is cheaper...but what I really love is that she'l small enough to cuddle with on the couch and still have room for the rest of the fam!

I personally prefer larger dogs, Great Danes and Mastiffs, are my top picks. Some small dogs are okay but they all seem to yippee.

I like both. I have a Labrador Retreiver and a Yorkshire Terrier and I love them both. I like that the Lab loves running around and protects my backyard and i also like that i can have my Yorkie with me and sleep with her. Every dog, big or small, is an awesome pet.

i love bigger dogs... my dog right now is 60 lbs, that's the biggest i've owned so far... i love Mastiffs and plan on getting one when i move into a bigger home wi th a bigger yard... I love the way neapolitan mastiffs look but I heard they were mean...

I have a 100 lb. German Shepherd and I want a Miniature Pinsher or a Chihuahua. So I like them both.
