If a fat boy has very pronounced breasts should he wear a bra?

Not a bra, as it would enhance your bust and I believe you want to minimize their appearance. Breast in men is properly refered as gynecomastia, and it is normal during puberty tending to disappear. It is caused by hormonal imbalance but in some cases the overdeveloped breast do not go away and surgery is the only way to correct it. The procedure costs ranging about 4000 to 8000 US dollars and its widely available nationwide. In the meantime you can tightly wrap your breasts and then wear two shirts, to flatten your chest until you can work out a better solution.

No... He should actually Bind them... not enhance them. Bra's are for shaping and contouring the shape of a breast not hiding them!

Ummm...I vote no. How about something like a tighter fitting undershirt to help keep them "in place." Definitely don't want to bring more attention to them...
