NO!! Milk causes an increase in muscous production and phlegm which would make it difficult to work out, since you need to breath hard to get more oxygen to your muscles. It's a myth that dairy products are high in calcium. Calcium is most abundant in raw, green leafy vegetables such as spinach. I would say if you want to be healthy and lose weight, AVOID DAIRY PRODUCTS

If you are bulking up then drink milk. It is best to have your post-workout protein with water (instead of milk) because it allows the protein to go straight to your muscles, as opposed to milk which slows digestion. You need to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day, muscles is like 80% made out of water. Drink milk, have a shake or two a day, but you should drink water as well.

Calcium strengthens bones over a long term, but drinking milk during a workout won't make it affect your bones any more than it would at bedtime. All milk would do during a workout is give you a stomachache and a huge amount of particularly disgusting phlegm.

No, that's heavy on your stomach for when you're working out. You can have a glass after if you like, but its not necessary. Make sure you have a balanced diet and get all of the nutrients that you need.

Not a particularly good idea.

Water is much better and will rehydrate you but lacks electrolytes so a sports supplement in the water would be a good idea.
