I was buying a car and it had the description of the car, and at the end it said no reserve...what does it mean.

It means it goes to the person that offers the most money. There is no minimum price decided by the seller.

Reserve is a set price by the seller that they will not go lower than.

It means the car sells for whatever bid. If you put a 3000 dollar reserve on it 2999 dollar Will be refused.
