he is really nice and sweet and he always says I love you. He is the sweetest person I have ever met and the more he is sweeter to me the more I like him what do I do?

Yea you gotta tell him....usually it is the guy who likes the girl....I know some people will say to the contrary, but from my experience, girls and guys cannot be friends and if they are, one of them likes the other one.
