It is a scam. You have somehow picked up a trojan that placed a virus in your computer. The virus hides as adware and tries to get you to pay in order to remove false viruses. It happened to me recently.
You will have to be patient and diligent to remove this trash from your computer. I was successful using several different programs. Begin by updating your virus software and running it. If you don't have any, then download some free virus detection online.

Then download a free copy of Ad-Aware at http://lavasoft.com and use it. After that, download free SpyBot Search and Destroy at http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10401314.html?tag=lst-0-1 and update and use it. Do not use any programs that sound similar to SpyBot Search and Destroy because some are malware themselves. They sound like "Search and Destroy Software" or "Spybotware" etc.

There will still be some things left in your Windows registry. A free copy of Hijackthis will remove them. Use it only if you know what you are doing.

You will need to use the Windows regedit command to fix more registry problems too. If you are not familiar this contact me and I will help you. Do not change your registry unless you know what you are doing.

If you have any problems, please contact me.

Never listen to pop-ups. Especially if they aren't from your virus protection or spyware on your computer. IF you don't have a good pop-up blocker you should consider buying one. They work like a charm. Hope this information helps you! :-D
