Well, the Quran is not actually a bad book. I am Christian, though, so I have not read much of it. I just heard about it on the History Channel. It was rewrittem by an extremist scholar after Worl War II to be against other religions because he was captured ad jailed by the British, who were Christian. Also, many people, such as bin Laden, improvise phrase to be anti-Christian or he does not read the whole passage which could actually be a good passage. The Quran is not really a bad book, or it originally wasn't before it was rewritten.

I am not a Muslim, but I wish to send up the following quotations to show that what you say is not true:

"We gave Moses the Book and we followed him up with other apostles, and we gave Jesus the son of Mary manifest signs and aided him with the Holy Spirit. Do ye then, every time an apostle comes to you with what your souls love not, proudly scorn him, and charge a part with lying and slay a part?"
(The Qur'an (E.H. Palmer tr), Sura 2 - The Heifer)

Allah's Apostle said "Three persons will have a
double reward:

1. A Person from the people of the scriptures
who believed in his prophet (Jesus or Moses)
and then believed in the Prophet Muhammad (i
.e. has embraced Islam).
(Hadith, Bukhari Vol 1)

All the Messengers of God teach love, not enmity.

there's not!!
when the Quran spoke of wars it clearly mentioned the occasions when these wars occurred.
Muslims are required to fight ONLY when they are attacked first.
or to get justice for the oppressed.

Christians, Jews and Sabians are brothers and sister as they are considered people of the book ( believe in a Davine scripture given by Allah )
the extremists are in ALL religions and i have evidence to show you that even Christians and Jews call for holy wars and cleansing of infidels ( those with different faith ).
so this is all propaganda that focuses on the extremists portion on the Muslim society and portrays them as the entire religion which is not true nor fair.
it's in the government's best interest to demonize Muslims and Islam in order to justify the war in Iraq.

Well, here is the problem Number one we eat alot of halal meat which means stinky meat. two, we pray in close quarters in old clothes that we never change so we too are stinky. three alot of our friends and relatives are constantly blowing themselves up which is very frustrating to say the least. And you ask why there is so much hate? Cmon on now my friend. Where is the love?

Intolerance towards others is an inheritable trait.

Islam evolved from christianity, which evolved from judaism. It's no wonder all three assert their superiority over all others to the point of directing followers to slaughter non-believers.

I love the irony of using evolution to explain religion HA HA. :-)

Why does the Quran mention Jesus, Moses, Mary and other followers of the ONE TRUE GOD?????

Go to Mosque for two months if you really want to know what they are about.

Show examples next time of your claims. We're a bit jaded here at Answers.

The Qur'an contains this surah.

Surah 109 - The Disbelievers

1. Say : O ye that reject Faith!
2. I worship not that which ye worship,
3. Nor will ye worship that which I worship.
4. And I will not worship that which ye have been wont to worship,
5. Nor will ye worship that which I worship.
6. To you be your Way, and to me mine.

STOP picking only violent examples to back your useless opinions.
